Our first week resulted in a collective weight loss of -21.8 pounds!!
This is a great start considering that I was a drag on the collective loss by gaining a pound. We also have three participants who have not reported yet. Our biggest weight loss by an individual was @pursuingyahweh (Brian Patrick) with -7 pounds! Bryan is also publishing Fitness Friday suggestions on his blog. Last Friday was about creating a diet and exercise journal. However, there were many who lost three or more pounds last week. Below is our leaderboard. Great job everyone!!

Congrats to everyone - loosing weight is not easily done on your own - trust me - I've tried for years. I'm looking forward to the accountability of this group.
